TMG Portrait Concert Series: Serenade to Music

The Taylor Music Group presents the next virtual release in their 2020-21 Portrait Concert Series, featuring members of the TFC in a combined recorded choir of Ralph Vaughn Williams' little masterpiece, Serenade to Music. This recording was born of a desire to generate the sense of lost community we have all felt this past year and even though none of the members of the TFC were physically together, just knowing we were recording “our voice parts” that would be joined together through technology brought to us a much-needed feeling of singing together. Following the recording, we hope you’ll enjoy the Zoom gathering some of the singers made as an insight into the music-making process and the sense of community we share.
