A celebrated composer and conductor of choral music, Moses Hogan received worldwide acclaim for his arrangements of spirituals. He published more than 80 works prior to his death at age 45. His familiar titles included “Steal Away,” “Wade in the Water,” and “Great Day.” CONCORA’s professional choir with singers from Central Connecticut State University and area high schools will perform the composer’s music on the 20th anniversary of his passing.
