Thank you for your interest in Chorus America’s new Music Education Partnership Grants. The full guidelines have been published, and we encourage you to review them here.
This regranting program, made possible by a new funding partnership, is designed to support partnerships between community choruses and schools during the 2022-23 school year. Grants will support projects based in national standards for kindergarten through ninth grade music education and increase access to choral singing and promote non-arts learning and cultural literacy, while upholding the principles of access, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ADEI).
In the program’s inaugural year, Chorus America will provide $900,000+ to 40 grant partners across four regions that are focuses for the funding partnership:
- British Columbia & Northwest
- Central Appalachia
- Southwest
- Upper Midwest
In addition to funding, Chorus America will also offer a robust peer learning experience for the grant partner cohort, including virtual convenings and participation in the 2022 and 2023 Chorus America conferences.
