Planning Strategically: Repositioning for a New Reality

This session will explore the question, “how do we plan our way out of this?” COVID-19 has presented considerable challenges to community choruses, and the impact seems indefinite. During this session, participants will hear practical ideas that can be used to determine next steps, as well as insights from some of the most prominent minds in the strategic planning field. While “quick fixes” may be impossible, this session will offer participants options for moving forward.
