Discounts

Group Discounts: The value of Conference multiplies when you bring multiple colleagues from your organization! We welcome choruses to bring groups to learn and experience Conference together. A group discount will be available for organizations bringing 5 or more people to the full Conference. Contact Casey Cook at casey@chorusamerica.org for more details.

Please note discounts cannot be applied to other discounts or special registration rates. 

Georgia Music Teachers Discount: We welcome K-12 music educators in our Conference area to attend our Conference and amplify your impact on the future of the field! Georgia K-12 music teachers will receive a 15% discount on Conference registration, applicable to both the member and nonmember rates. Contact the membership team at membership@chorusamerica.org for more details.

Photography and Video during Conference

Please be aware that by participating, you are authorizing Chorus America the right and permission to record video and audio. Further, you authorize Chorus America and its employees, agents, and assigns to use your photograph, voice, or other likeness for purposes related to the mission of Chorus America, including but not limited to publicity, marketing, websites, other electronic forms of media, and promotion of Chorus America and its various programs. Such use will not entitle you to any credit or compensation. You release Chorus America, its officers, and employees from any liability connected with the use of any image, photograph, or recording taken during Chorus America’s Conference.

Health and Safety

Chorus America encourages all attendees to take proper safety measures when it comes to health and being in community. Safety measures can include being up to date on vaccinations, wearing a mask if needed, or even testing prior to attending Conference if there are health concerns. If you are interested in the most up to date guidance regarding COVID-19, please visit the CDC website, including the traveler's health page.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

A $100 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. All requests must be made in writing via email to casey@chorusamerica.org.

Cancellation details: Requests received before May 24, 2024 will receive a refund on all registration and event fees, minus the $100 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 24, 2024.

Substitution details: Registrants who are no longer able to attend the meeting may request a substitution by submitting their request in writing via email to casey@chorusamerica.org. The substitute must be from the same organization. The original registration rate and any event tickets purchased will transfer to the new attendee.
